This customer charter is designed to outline how the club aims to deliver this promise. All Football League clubs are required to present a customer charter however Darlington Football Club goes beyond the basic requirements set out in Section 4, Paragraph 4 of Football League Rules.

This charter is reviewed on a regular basis in light of changes to the law, regulations and feedback from supporters.
