Darlo said farewell to the Football League - hopefully for only one season - with a 2-0 home defeat by Dagenham and Redbridge.
Quakers will be playing Conference football next season after a 20 year break, and they're joined by Grimsby, who lost at Burton Albion.
Unfortunately, Quakers couldn't sign off with a win, but it wasn't for the want of trying against the Daggers, who now go into the play offs. The irony won't be lost on Darlo fans, as their side was in the play offs just two seasons ago.
Quakers forced the first corner after 7 minutes, but Dan Burn's header was blocked, and on 9 minutes an inswinging free kick by Mark Convery was just missed by Michael Smith, and the ball dropped past the far post.
Dagenham hit back though, with Abu Ogogo firing wide, and then Jon nurse crossed for Paul Benson, whose powerful low shot was blocked at the foot of the post by Nick Liversedge.
Quakers created a half chance when Nathan Mulligan backheeled the ball for Gary Smith to cross into the middle, but John McReady couldn't get there.
Daggers took the lead on 31 minutes, when Jon Nurse was left unmarked to head in a left wing corner from Danny Green.
But Quakers responded well. McReady laid Paul Arnison's ball off for Michael Smith to turn just wide, and then Andrew Milne headed Convery's free kick just over the top from six yards.
Half time Darlo 0 Daggers 1
Dagenham nearly got a second at the start of the second half, when Green swung a free kick over from the left hand side, Liversedge seemed to misjudge it, and the keeper just managed to backpedal and touch the ball over the bar.
Darlo nearly levelled on 58 minutes. Arnison found Convery on the left hand touchline, and the midfielder crossed perfectly to the far post for Andrew Milne to head goalwards, but Daggers keeper Tony Roberts went full length and pushed the ball away.
And another chance came Darlo's way to Michael Smith, but his header was comfortably saved by Roberts.
But Dagenham made sure of the points on 75 minutes, when Paul Benson won the ball from Dan Burn on the right, ran into the area and rolled the ball across the six yard box for Josh Scott to tap past Liversedge and send the Dagenham fans wild with delight as they sealed their play off place.
Quakers kept going right to the end to try and sign off with a goal. Convery's shot from the edge of the box was deflected into Roberts' hands, while sub Dan Groves' left foot volley was saved at the foot of the post by the keeper.
