Parents are being given an ideal opportunity to give their children something to do during the long summer holidays thanks to Darlington FC.
The Quakers are holding a range of exciting football courses during the school summer holidays in Darlington and Sedgefield.
The club are holding the Soccer Courses at Eastbourne Sports Complex in the town as well as at Sedgefield Community College.
Footy-mad boys and girls aged between five and 12 can enjoy the courses with the club's Football in the Community staff, who are all trained and CRB-checked, from 10am through to 3pm, for just £35 each.
"The children thoroughly enjoy our courses," said Kevin Stonehouse (pictured), Darlington's Football in the Community manager.
"It's a great way of keeping them entertained during the long summer break, and the best thing is that youngsters don't need to be top footballers to join in with the fun. It doesn't cost a fortune, either, so it's affordable for most parents."
