Darlington fans will be able to keep up-to-speed on the club's team-building trip to the Lakes this week.

The pre-season 'tour' begins today, with the Quakers squad travelling to West coast for the first friendly at Blue Square North side Workington.

We'll be at the match this evening and will bring you a detailed match report from Borough Park shortly after the final whistle.

Then we'll also bring you exclusive pictures and interviews from the side's activity day tomorrow, when Mark Cooper's men will take part in a range of team-building games and exercises including clay pigeon shooting, quad biking, go-karting and archery!

We'll round the three-day trip off with a full match report and reaction after the last game at Northern Premier League, Premier Division side Kendal Town on Thursday night.
