DARLINGTON caretaker managers Craig Liddle and Neil Maddison make just one change to the squad that travels to Shrewsbury this weekend.
Dan Burn, on the bench against Aldershot on Tuesday, will play for the youth team at Hartlepool, with Nathan Mulligan taking his place for the trip to Shropshire.
Quakers are still without Stuart Giddings, Richie Byrne, Chris Lumsden, and Mark Bower, while Gareth Waite is feeling the effects of a knee problem, but has said that he will play through the pain barrier if needed.
The caretaker bosses may consider handing a starting role to teenager winger Josh Gary who impressed on Tuesday, earning the Man of the Match vote, despite not coming on until the second half.
Shrewsbury were the first team that Darlington beat this season, and Liddle said: "It would be great to do the double over them, but the pressure is all on Shrewsbury, because nobody outside our camp expects us to win.
"We told a few home truths at half time on Tuesday. The second half was better and that is what we must take into Saturday's game.
"Our players must perform for themselves as well as doing a job for this club. They have to be on board with what Neil and I are trying to do. And also they must be ready for when our new manager comes in. He will see it as a fresh start and everybody will get a chance to impress him.
"Maddo and I would like the appointment to come quickly, but we will give everything we have got until the chairman gets the right man."
