Darlington completed the permanent signing of midfielder Marc Bridge-Wilkinson in the January 2011 transfer window, signing an 18-month deal, after initially joining the club on loan from Carlisle United in October 2010.
MBW scored in the FA Trophy semi-final first-leg victory over Gateshead, one of 11 strikes last campaign.
The Coventry-born, left-sided player began his career with Derby in 1997 and after a loan spell with Carlisle he joined Port Vale in 2000, playing 140 league and cup games for the Valiants and winning the Football League trophy in 2001.
He joined Stockport in 2004 and played 25 games for them before moving on to Bradford in February 2005, playing almost 100 games for the Bantams during a 16-month spell at the club. He signed for Carlisle in the summer of 2007 and played 110 games for United, scoring 14 goals.
