The Darlington Arena is a prestigious and unique venue. It offers clients flexibility of use, a full range of facilities and is suitable for every occasion or event. The stadium has a number of large function rooms and smaller executive boxes for smaller meets. All available for hire.
The stadium is just three miles from both the Durham Tees Valley Airport and mainline Darlington Rail Station. The stadium is also within very easy reach of the A1 and A66 and makes the football club the venue of choice for conferences and events in the Durham Tees Valley Region.
The ground has 3 prestigious main conference rooms, 4 luxurious smaller rooms and 30 executive boxes. At the Darlington Arena the Conference and Banqueting team fully understand the need to deliver high calibre meetings and events with ease and style.
The club can take care of everything from designing and delivering the perfect menu through to advising on and providing the best equipment and staging for your events. The Ron Greener Suite

The Ron Greener Suite is our Premier Conference Room. This prestigious room with its 'state of the art' lighting and sound system makes it the perfect setting for Business Conferences, Exhibitions, Corporate Presentations as well as Parties and Weddings. The Ron Greener Suite can comfortably hold up to 220 guests.
The Platinum Lounge

The Platinum Lounge is the ideal venue for a party with a difference! This modern, well equipped room caters for a host of different events from Wedding Receptions and Birthday Parties to Business Lunches, Themed Dinners and Corporate Conferences. Our experienced catering staff can tailor parties to suit any specific requirement. The Platinum Lounge can hold up to around 120 guests.
The Penthouse

Ideal for medium sized business meetings or private dinners. The Penthouse suite is a highly adaptable suite, which suits either boardroom style meetings, recruitment fair style exhibitions or theatre style presentations. The room can seat between 80 and 100 guests.
The Boardroom & Directors Lounge

With their tasteful décor, you will find that the Director's Lounge and Boardroom exceed all your expectations. Their luxurious and high quality surroundings will add glamour and style to any event you choose to hold here.
Executive Boxes
Overlooking the pitch, the Executive Boxes are a favourite for clients who want to escape the distractions of the office, or for clients who want to discuss, in private, business proposals over lunch. Also ideal for those smaller businesses who have no appropriate facilities of their own or as breakout rooms to compliment our other larger rooms.
