The Darlington Arena is a prestigious and unique venue. It offers clients flexibility of use, a full range of facilities and is suitable for every occasion or event. The stadium has a number of large function rooms and smaller executive boxes for smaller meets. All available for hire.

The stadium is just three miles from both the Durham Tees Valley Airport and mainline Darlington Rail Station. The stadium is also within very easy reach of the A1 and A66 and makes the football club the venue of choice for conferences and events in the Durham Tees Valley Region.

The ground has 3 prestigious main conference rooms, 4 luxurious smaller rooms and 30 executive boxes. At the Darlington Arena the Conference and Banqueting team fully understand the need to deliver high calibre meetings and events with ease and style.

THE ROOMS

The Ron Greener Suite

The Ron Greener is our largest conference room which brings immense flexibility and the ability to hold up to 220 delegates/ guests. Many clients chose this suite because the lounge has a fully equipped bar and a large area that can be use as a dance floor or for presentations. As well as offering an entrance that provides an excellent registration area, the suite offers controllable lighting making it ideal for presentations or ceremonies. Fully air conditioned and with windows stretching one full side makes this lounge perfect for any occasion.

The Platinum Lounge

This elegant lounge is the ideal venue for any party or celebration. It's modern, well equipped and can cater comfortably up to 120 delegates/guests. The suite benefits from air conditioning and a fully integrated sound system making it ideal for wedding receptions, parties, business lunches or conferences. There is also an impressive, fully equipped bar in this lounge, with adjoining catering facilities. The Platinum lounge is accessed via the main entrance and a spacious balcony area provides an excellent registration/ reception area.

The Penthouse

Situated opposite the corporate boxes on our second floor, the Penthouse Suite plays an important role for many events. Its size and "non pillared" attraction makes it ideal for exhibitions, product launches and sales meetings. Boxes opposite provide the perfect break out room facility for training exercises or interviews. This suite, which is situated on the second floor benefits from full air conditioning and is accessible via the main entrance by lifts or escalators. There is also an ideal space for registration or a welcome drink just outside the suites entrance. The Penthouse Suite is now licensed for Civil Marriages and enjoys terrific views out across the Tees Valley.

The Boardroom & Directors Lounge

Not only are these rooms our most exclusive match day venues, they are also magnificent entertaining areas. Their size and design make the rooms perfect for important business meetings, celebratory dinners and drinks receptions. Undoubtedly the Arena's "poshest" lounges with exquisite furnishings, integral bars and full air conditioning. These luxurious rooms are situated on the first floor and are easily accessible by lift or escalator.

The lounges are just opposite our Directors box match seating, clearly the best seats in the house for a game and perfect should you wish to wow your guests on one of our match day experiences.

Quaker Lounge
Situated on the ground floor this comfortable and convenient lounge plays an important part for many of our client's events. Its dimensions make it ideal for meetings, training exercises or presentations. There is an integral bar within the Quaker Lounge and it also benefits from full air conditioning.

Executive Boxes
Overlooking the pitch, the Executive Boxes are a favourite for clients who want to escape the distractions of the office, or for clients who want to discuss, in private, business proposals over lunch. Also ideal for those smaller businesses who have no appropriate facilities of their own or as breakout rooms to compliment our other larger rooms.

Media Room
The Media Room is a similar size to our Quaker Lounge and again it's located on the ground floor. It's another favourite, convenient and comfortable location for meetings, training exercises or presentations. Like all our lounges and suites in the Arena, the media room benefits from air conditioning and is versatile to suit any style of event.

The Carling Bar
The Carling Bar, situated on the south west corner of the arena is one of the bars used by our very own Darlo fans on match days. In fact it's clearly one of the favourite locations for a pre match drink! Its sports bar theme makes it a popular venue for those hosting any party or celebration. The Carling bar has its own entrance, an impressive circular bar area and ample room to accommodate a disco or a band. It's a favourite with the fans and sports fanatics - a great and unique place to have a party!

The Corner Bar
As its name suggests the Corner Bar is situated on the North West corner of the arena. This bar is a large size and can cater for 200 people quite comfortably. Its traditional style is both welcoming and homely - just like your very own local pub! There is a magnificent bar area, a games area with a full size pool table and ample room to accommodate a band or a disco. This bar has a fully integrated sound system and is also air conditioned. It has its own private entrance with plenty of secure parking just outside.
