With a high crowd expected for the Sunderland match on 17th July there are a few important points to note about getting to the Northern Echo Arena:

- parking will be pre-pay only - no parking spaces will be available on the day of the match;

- season ticket holders must reserve their ticket which will be free of charge, the ticket guarantees them a space in the car park not a particular car park. Season passes will be issued at a later date;

- non season ticket holders will pay £5 per parking space;

- the shuttle bus will not run from outside the Nag's Head, but from outside the DOLPHIN CENTRE, where the old bus station used to be.  Posters on the day will direct you from the Nag's Head to The Dolphin Centre;

- the shuttle bus will not be running for the Carlisle United and Sheffield Wednesday matches and will not run during the season, unless a large crowd is expected;
